Our client, a growing company in the Webster area, is seeking an Accounting Assistant and Embroidery Assistant to join their team. As an Accounting Assistant and Embroidery Assistant, you will be part of the accounting department supporting the embroidery team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Accounting Assistant and Embroidery Assistant

Location: Webster, TX

Pay Range: $14.00/hr

What's the Job?

• 60% Accounting / 40% in the Embroidery Department
• Vouch vendor invoices daily
• Invoice submittal in customer portals daily
• Help with Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables daily
• Create credit card report in Excel daily
• Charge credit cards daily
• Answer phone daily
• Send vendor remit emails weekly
• Send AMEX remit emails weekly
• Check vendor statements monthly
• Scanning month end reports and any other documents
• Folding and bagging garments
• Trimming the stitching on decorated garments
• Standing on a mat for extended periods of time

What's Needed?

• No minimum experience required
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check
• Interview required
