Who We're Hiring: EMC Mechanical Services is searching for a Sheet Metal Estimator to join our team! The Sheet Metal Estimator is primarily responsible for performing take-offs and building estimates with clear scopes. This position's primary role is to assess, quote, and answer any questions regarding their field of expertise for each project prior to the bid date through the completion of each awarded job.

What You'll Do: - Download drawings and specs for ODC to review and determine if EMC is interested in bidding.
- Print drawings as required.
- Set up and maintain records of all vendor and sub quotes for each project.
- Review all drawings and specs that have been provided for each job, processing all revisions and updates as they are confirmed.
- Complete takeoffs for assigned discipline/trade.
- Combine all information and quotes to submit for review before combining with other trades, to be complete 24 hours before the bid.
- Answer any questions and assist in pricing change orders for PMs once job has been awarded.
What You'll Bring: - 5+ years of experience in the mechanical contracting industry.
- Thorough knowledge of sheet metal and estimating process.
- Understanding of building, mechanical and plumbing codes.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office suite and estimating softwares.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English verbal and writing skills.
