Seeking a full-time Endocrinology physician to provide outpatient clinical care and academic teaching at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Responsibilities include patient care in a single clinic, supervision/teaching of medical students and internal medicine residents, and participation in a multidisciplinary medical group. Requires MD/DO, completed IM residency and endocrinology fellowship, board certification (or eligibility), and state medical licensure eligibility.
Job Summary and Responsibilities Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is seeking a full-time clinical and Academic physician for the Endocrinology division of the Department of Medicine in its flagship location of St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona
- Provide direct patient care in our outpatient setting
- Provide clinical supervision and teaching for medical students and Internal Medicine residents in the Creighton University School of Medicine Phoenix
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides excellent care for all patients
The position consists of outpatient responsibilities within a single clinic location close to the hospital campus. You will have access to full support staff. The medical group is a multi-specialty group that includes specialists in primary care, pulmonary medicine, endocrinology, palliative care, cardiology, infectious disease, gastroenterology, and other surgical specialties. You will enjoy a great work-life balance in a rapidly growing city.
Job Requirements - MD or DO degree
- Successful completion of an ACGME accredited Internal Medicine residency program and fellowship in Endocrinology
- A passion for providing clinically excellent care
- Active/Eligible American board certification Internal Medicine / Endocrinology
- Must have or be eligible for an AZ State medical license
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals

Pay Range $112.57 - $156.78 /hour
