This full-time, day-shift position at Providence PACE involves providing nursing support services to elderly participants, including assistance with mobility, toileting, and preparing patients for medical exams. Candidates must have Washington Nursing Assistant Certification, BLS certification, and healthcare experience with frail, cognitively impaired older adults; phlebotomy experience is strongly preferred. The role supports the goal of enabling older adults to live active and independent lives within the community through clinic and home care.

Schedule : Monday-Friday Day shift
Under the direction of the Nursing Services Manager, provides support services for the medical staff in the Clinic. Provides care in support of Participant satisfaction and retention. Assists Participants in such activities as walking, transfers, use of mobility devices, getting to and from restroom, toileting, changing incontinence products, and clothing. Responsible for preparing Participants for medical exam by Clinic MD and RNs. Phlebotomy experience strongly preferred.
