What to Expect

This role will support the Tesla Legal Operations team and the broader Tesla Legal team. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing daily operational tasks such as handling incoming emails, driving process improvements, facilitating system training, and executing assigned projects.

What You'll Do

• Promote and implement project management tools and best practices to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and identify cost?saving opportunities
• Administer legal document systems, databases, and knowledge management resources for effective data organization
• Assist with monitoring budgets, generating legal cost reports, and verifying vendor invoices for financial accuracy
• Provide support for internal initiatives and manage responses to legal email tickets
• Complete additional administrative projects and tasks as assigned by direct manager or leadership

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience, with over 2 years of financial analysis, project coordination, or project management experience in professional services (legal industry experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets, utilize formulas, create sophisticated data presentations, pivot tables, and dashboards
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings using data visualization tools such as PowerBI
• Effective problem?solving skills with a proactive approach to growth, enhancing functions, and leading training and implementation of project management systems
