Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for the role of Remodel/Construction Technician at ServiceMaster Restore by BT Services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship. This role involves assisting in various construction projects, including remodeling and restoration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the demolition and removal of existing structures and materials.
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.
• Experienced in installing drywall, tape bed and texture, painting.
• Trim Carpentry Experience: Measure, Cut and Install baseboards, casing, and crown moldings.
• Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC Experience.
• Experience installing cabinetry.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance and within specified timelines.
• Assist in moving, lifting, and positioning heavy materials and equipment.
• Perform other duties as required to support the construction and restoration process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
