At East County Performing Arts Center (ECPAC), we believe in more than just performing arts classes - we believe in shaping confident, respectful kids and building a thriving community through the arts. As we expand into Oakley, we're seeking a dynamic Sales Person to help families discover the transformative power of the performing arts

Who You'll Work With & What You'll Do

You'll join a passionate, values-driven team committed to Excellence, Community, and Respect. Your role is all about connecting with families, guiding them to the right programs, and ensuring every child has the chance to shine.

• Drive enrollment at both our Brentwood and Oakley studios.
• Engage leads, book trials, and close sales with confidence.
• Represent our brand with professionalism and warmth at every step.
• Love using our CRM (we'll train you!) and keep it updated with accuracy.
• Cover occasional evening desk hours when needed.
• Complete two paid sales trainings to sharpen your skills.

• Organized and motivated, with a love for technology and CRMs.
• Excited to champion our studio culture and help families feel at home.
• Background in gym sales or similar enrollment-based sales is a plus!
