Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position offers an opportunity to serve as a hybrid School Psychologist within an elementary school setting in Vernon, CT. The role begins as soon as possible and is expected to cover three consecutive maternity leaves throughout the school year, likely extending until the end of the academic year. This contract position supports student well-being and educational success by providing essential services such as counseling, psychological testing, and participation in Planning and Placement Teams (PPTs).
Responsibilities include:
The work schedule is typically from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with 7 hours per day. Ideally, the position requires availability five days a week; however, a minimum commitment of three days per week will be considered. This role primarily supports students at the elementary level across assigned campuses.
