Job Description

*Join our team! High Sierra Gas in Portola, California has an immediate opening for a Bobtail Truck Driver.*

This candidate would be responsible for safely delivering propane to local customers (home every night). Provide superior customer service and during slow periods, help establish new propane customer relationships. The ideal candidate is highly safety-conscious, proficient at providing high-level customer service while handling routed propane deliveries in a timely manner.

Candidates must also be mechanically inclined to safely perform gas safety checks and ensure that company equipment and tank systems are safe and well-maintained.

Must have a clean driving record with a Class B CDL with airbrake and tanker endorsements, be able to work outside in adverse weather, be dependable, and be willing to work a rotating on-call schedule. Must communicate clearly and effectively. HazMat certifications must be maintained.
