Job Description
- Have 5 years or more of practical experience in weak current security monitoring projects, with full-process practical experience from pre-sales docking, scheme design to construction implementation, and be familiar with the characteristics of security monitoring products and project operation logic.
- Proficient in operating CAD or other scheme visualization software, able to independently complete the drawing of project scheme schematic diagrams according to the source files provided by Party A and on-site surveys, with the ability to adjust and optimize schemes to meet the actual implementation needs of the project.
= Fluent in communication and expression, with good customer docking ability, business negotiation awareness and team cooperation ability, and able to adapt to cross-cultural work scenarios.
- Be able to adapt to long-term overseas residence work, have strong pressure resistance, strong execution, independent work ability and problem-solving ability, and have no taboos for overseas work.
- No restrictions on English foundation, with exclusive translator support in the early stage, and need to take the initiative to improve English ability in the later stage to meet the needs of daily communication and basic work docking. - Docking with the needs of Party A, accurately issue schematic diagrams of weak current security monitoring project solutions based on CAD source files or other forms, optimize the solutions by combining product cost advantages, and ensure the professionalism, implementability and market competitiveness of the solutions.
- Follow up the entire operation of weak current security monitoring projects, including pre-sales customer docking, demand mining, scheme design and optimization, bidding coordination, on-site construction guidance and final delivery, to ensure the efficient progress of the project according to the nodes.
- After joining the company, you need to take up the post as soon as possible in December, first carry out overseas business preparation work in the Hangzhou headquarters, familiarize yourself with the product system, business processes and project standards, and go to Nigeria for permanent residence in early January to lead the implementation of local projects.
- Cooperate with the overseas local team to complete problem coordination, progress control during project construction, as well as acceptance and after-sales connection after delivery, to ensure project delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
- An exclusive Chinese-English translator will be provided in the early stage to assist cross-language communication. You need to take the initiative to learn English and gradually master simple English communication skills in daily and work scenarios to meet overseas work needs.
