Supervisor Navigator RN at four (4) Providence Cancer Institutes wherein you will supervise a team of 23 oncology nurse navigators. This is a Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Day Shift position.
The Supervisor, RN Navigator assists the Director Clinical Program Development and Patient Experience with daily supervision of RN Navigators daily activities and workflows. Upholds standards of nursing practice to include ONS ONN core competencies. As a working supervisor, this position will provide direct navigation services to a pre-selected group of patients, while supporting the RN Navigator team in a Supervisory role.
